show moreManufactured from elastomeric PVC compound, Dux Couplings are leak and rot resistant, UV stabilized and ozone resistant. In addition they are resistant to most chemicals, ultraviolet rays, fungus growth, and normal sewer gases.
Dux Couplings flex with earth movement and are air, water and smoke tested and proven in the most demanding conditions to withstand temperatures up to 38°C continuous and 60°C intermittent - the lowest temperature being -40°C (melt temperature is 170°C).
The 316 stainless steel clamps are corrosion resistant and rustproof.
Dux Coupling Durability:
50 years for connections where access is difficult (e.g. under concrete)
15 years for connections where ease of access is moderate but difficult to replace (e.g. typical drainage system laid adjacent to building foundation)
